MINUTES Present: Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of October 17, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda - 2 MEETINGHOUSE ROAD (McNeice Construction), Site Plan Approval for the Removal of the Existing Building and the construction of five (5) residential units and the construction of one (1) 2 -story retail unit - (Daniel T. & Virginia Shea, Owner; Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design Professionals, Engineers) Suzanne Matthews introduced herself and Paul Brodmerkle from Site Design Professionals. She explained that Paul is here tonight to explain the engineering side of this project. Mr. Houston explained that there was a short list of outstanding items from his Engineering Review of October 12, 2018.
