ll OAAVh1 OF CANTON PLANNING ]BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, ,oit8 AIC.AH MEETING ROOM 3®1'VA—SHR TG'ION STREET MINUTES Present: Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of September 5, 2018 at 7:oo p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda - WHITE TAIL ESTATES (Albert Street) -Modification of Subdivision Plan (Richard R. Staiti, Attorney; Josh Borden; Stephanie LoPilato). Attorney Staiti introduced himself and stated that originally the Applicant had eleven (11) or twelve (12) waivers and now they are down to seven (7), and wanted to know if the Board had any final thoughts and questions. Ms. McDermott stated that there a lot of revisions done and we've seen many versions of this plan and feels that the revisions dates should be on the Plans. She is concerned with the cul- de-sac and the drainage. Mr. Houston stated that the water service shows a one (1) inch main; that should be checked out with the Water Department; and put on the final set of plans. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to continue this hearing until October 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m.
