"I"OVVN 14ALL MINUTES Present: Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present- Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of October 3, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda — (1) WHITE TAIL ESTATES (Albert Street) - Modification of Subdivision Plan (Richard R. Staiti, Attorney; Josh Borden; Stephanie LoPilato). Attorney Staiti introduced himself and explained that they have submitted the waiver list and have dropped the waivers from twelve (12) to six (6) or seven (7). He is a little confused since he received Mr. Houston's Report late today and the new comments cannot be addressed late in the game. They will address them but not at this time. He is requesting that the Board move the vote along, since they have been to the Board numerous times, and add strict conditions to the Decision.
