TOWN OF CA�T OIC 11"LANDUNG BOA IRD MEETING VVEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 59 2(mg SA LAII-R MEETING ROOM 3®it V\.TAS ffhJGTO1� S`IF'T"E]ET TOWN HALL Present: Thomas Scully, Chairman Robert Panico, Vice Chairman Patricia McDermott, Clerk Michael Mitcheroney, Member David McCarthy, Member Also Present: Thomas Houston, Professional Services Corporation Laura Smead, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Administrative Assistant Chairman Thomas Scully called to order the Planning Board meeting of September 5, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open the public meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. A motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Ms. McDermott to open Item #1 on the Agenda. Motion Approved 5-0. First Item on the Agenda - TURTLE CREEK (The Preserve) (Pat Considine) — Reduction of Bond Mr. Considine explained that all the work has been completed, including eight (8) street trees have already been replaced but not yet inspected. Ms. Smead had concerns with the filing of the easement and some smaller items. If these were all taken care of then she is fine with moving forward on the release of funds. A motion was made by Mr. Scully and seconded by Mr. Panico that the Board approves the reduction of the Bond in the amount of $62,500.00 and return it to Mr. Considine, which subdivision has been approved and accepted by the Town at the May 2o18 Town Meeting. Motion Approved 5-0. Motion was made by Mr. Panico and seconded by Mr. McCarthy to close the public hearing on the reduction of the Bond. Motion Approved 5-0.
