Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter (Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. A moment of silence was held for Gerry Galligan, long time Canton resident, who had recently passed away. Chairman Connolly and the members of the Board congratulated Mark Porter and Kevin Feeney for being re-elected to the Board of Selectmen for another term. Mr. Aspinwall noted that he was recommending approval of the application for a Common Victualler License for Canton Nutrition, 606 Washington Street, as all the paperwork was in order. Motion was made to approve the Common Victualler's License for Canton Nutrition, 606 Washington Street, Ann Gells, owner. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to open the public hearing for the transfer of the All Alcohol Restaurant License from Asia Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Golden China at 599 Washington Street, Canton, MA to Golden Ocean Development Inc. d/b/a Golden China at 599 Washington Street, Canton, MA. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: S-0 Mr. Aspinwall noted that the paperwork was in order and approval was being favorably recommended. Motion was made to close the hearing.
