Mr. Aspinwall continued the discussion from the last meeting on Water Storage Building located on Pine
Street. He noted that there are many structural and electrical repairs needed to be completed on this
building if it were to be used again. The five year cost would be 1.2 million dollars and more over a ten
year time span. Currently the building is only used for storage. He noted that there were some choices
to be made regarding the building including fixing the building to be used for the same purpose, a
different purpose, or to dispose of the building by sale or lease. Research would need to be done to see
if the well on the property was ever decommissioned.
