("Copperwood Subdivision").
Next Item on the Agenda -- STILLWATER ESTATES (off Indian Lane &

Patrick Considine introduced John Hamnet, the Business Manager for Tony Will, owner of
the property. Mr. Considine stated that they have been working on the entrance going thru
Indian Lane and the emergency exit thru Industrial Way. He was looking for a consensus of
the Board if that is what they want.
Mr. Brodmerkle explained a few items that they have been working on. Road B which runs
north from Industrial Drive to the west side is approximately foo feet long and has curb
roundings; it has a 12" water main thru the project; gravity sewer egress; and the first 400
feet of Indian Lane uses a common driveway. There will be a "no commercial traffic" sign
on the road; and the road is 24' to 27' at the narrowest part. The drains are up to standards
which they collected; retain; recharge; and flow out to the rear and into a detention basin.
Mr. Brodmerkle further explained there are two (2) new sections of roadway and one (1)
existing roadway.
