OPEN SPACE AND RECREATION PLAN UPDATE COMMITTEE Pequitside Farm – Tavern Room 79 Pleasant Street | Canton, MA 02021 MEETING MINUTES May 4, 2017 COMMITTEE MEMBERS Voting Members Present: Ruth Slattery, Kevin Feeney, Debby Stein Sharpe, Michael Ray, Sepp Bergschneider Non-Voting Members Present: Nick Pirelli Absent: Laura Smead, Jason Mellon, Cynthia O’Connell, Matthew Chin, Patrick Manning, Debra Sundin --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The meeting was called to order at 7:04 PM, by Chairperson Slattery. Introductions Request for Proposals Committee reviewed the Request for Proposal document page-by-page to make sure it was ready for publication. Meeting Schedule A subcommittee was discussed to create a scoring sheet to evaluate the Request for Proposals and a separate meeting to open the proposals. Approval of Meeting Minutes Voted to approved meeting minutes from March 2, 2017 and April 18, 2017.
