Connolly I Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter (Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present: Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary The Executive Session originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m. was cancelled. The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m. Motion was made to open the hearing for an application for a transfer of an all alcoholic restaurant license and common victualler license from Halfway Cafe Inc., to Stone Restaurant Group, Inc., 95 Washington Street. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 It was noted that the application was in order and favorable action was being recommended. Motion was made to approve the all alcoholic restaurant license and common victualler license from Halfway Cafe Inc., to Stone Restaurant Group, Inc., 95 Washington Street. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to open the hearing for an application for a seasonal wine and malt restaurant license for PZJ1A, LLC, at 2167 Washington Street. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 It was noted that the application was in order and favorable action was being recommended.
