Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ John J. Connolly ~ Christopher J. Connolly I Thomas W. Theodore Also Present. Charles J. Aspinwall, Town Administrator and Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary The meeting was called to order at 6;33 p.m. Motion was made to waive the administrative code to add a late agenda item. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second. Mr. Connolly Vote; 5-0 Motion was made to appoint Victor D. Del Vecchio as a special municipal employee, or such other title as negotiated between the Town and the employee, so that he can attend the upcoming exec session without waiving the attorney client privilege, Motion. Mr. Feeney Second. Mr. Connolly Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to litigation (Reservoir Pond Dam) (Plymouth Rubber Order of Conditions) if an open meeting will have a detrimental effect on the litigating positon of the public body and the chair so declares, Roll call vote was taken and each answered in the affirmative, Mr. Theodore:Affirmative Mr. Porter:Affirmative Mr, Connolly;Affirmative Mr. Connolly:Affirmative Mr, Feeney;Affirmative The chairman declared that the Board would be reconvening in open session at the close of executive session.
