He noted that Mr. Theodore had been a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission and Mr. Connolly had been a member of the Planning Board. The Board welcomed the new members. Margaret Murphy, Chestnut Hill Realty was before the Board to discuss the proposal of moving the entrance to the Waterfall Apartments complex that is owned by Chestnut Hill Realty. In exchange for allowing the entrance to be moved, Chestnut Hill Realty offered to improve the parking and entrance to the Bolivar Street Pool. The proposal was to gift the Town $200,000 initially for the improvements and then $10,000 annually for maintenance for the area. Chestnut Hill Realty had surveyed the land and it was identified as wetlands. They were asking the Town, as owners of the land, to file an ANRAD with the Conservation Commission. Motion was made to grant permission for Chestnut Hill Realty to formally file an ANRAD for the land adjacent to the Bolivar Street pool with the Conservation Commission.
