The Town of Canton's Traffic Committee has proposed a program to install small white reflectors on many roads to reduce the hazards associated with poles located too close to the travel lane. It is requested that Boston Edison authorize the installation of said reflector on each utility pole. The reflectors will be installed in a manner that does not obstruct access by your repair crew. We believe that the "Reflector Program" will benefit the motorist by delineating the roadway at night, making the driver aware of utility poles sooner.
