Burr, Jr. ~ Vice Chairman Mark J. Porter ~ Clerk Kevin T. Feeney ~ John J. Connolly ~ Victor D. Del Vecchio Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. It was noted that Mark Porter and Kevin Feeney were not in attendance at the meeting. Motion was made to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing releasing executive session minutes from June 1, 2011 to June 1, 2012 Motion: Mr. Del Vecchio Second: Mr.Connolly Roll call vote was taken and each answered in the affirmative. Mr. Connolly: Affirmative Mr. Burr: Affirmative Mr. Del Vecchio: Affirmative It was noted that the Board would reconvene in Open Session at the conclusion of Executive Session. Mr. Feeney had joined the meeting. Motion was made to reconvene in open session at 7:00 p.m. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Del Vecchio Vote: 4-0 A moment of silence was held for former Canton Fire Fighter Jimmy Fadden and Ann Teague, Operation Manager Dan Teague's mother.
