Welcome, introductions, attendees: 

Rich Allen, Phil Barrows, Dave Biggers, Debby Stein Sharpe, Darren Schaefer, Laura Smead (Town Planner), Julie Moffatt, John Mahoney

Discussion, Laura submitted: 
The preliminary Complete Streets project proposal to Tufts University for Town roadways, sidewalks and crossings on/before 9/6,
A Forge Pond trail pre-application,
Earl Newhouse landing area as well.

Discussion, CPC grant application: 
Based loosely on the Needham trails map example, 
of other CPC applications
Action: John to get Needham’s application into .doc format
Action: Submit Draft application due 9/30/16, spearheaded by Debby
More complete application due 5 weeks later
Action – Rich to telecon to help us understand what Needham had for trails documentation prior to the project
Action – Debby to pursue Needham’s RFP
Of overall timeline, when work can be awarded, etc.

Discussion – John volunteers to 
Attend the workshop on Open Meeting Law
Attend the Revere Park meeting Monday Night at Viaduct Park
Investigate the DCR website map absence
