Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6-0 REQUESTS FOR CERTIFICATES OF COMPLIANCE Chestnut Hill Realty 333 Bolivar St. 124-785 Applicant has requested a continuation to Dec. 14, 2016 Request for a Certificate of Compliance Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to continue 333 Bolivar St., DEP File 124 — 785 to December 14, 2016. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6-0 David Shanks 68 Fuller St. LDP -0158 Request for a Certificate of Compliance. Mr. Shanks presented the following: • Installation of the in -ground pool with apron is complete, along with the grading and stabilization of the lawn.
