Attendance: Joshua Cohen — Chairman, Donald MacAdam — Vice -Chairman, Robert MacDonald — Treasurer, Gerald Carmichael, James Fitzpatrick —Clerk Absent: Debra Sundin Conservation Agent: Cynthia O'Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Chairman Cohen called the hearing to order at 7:01 P.M. Chairman Cohen — Conservation Commissioner Janna Shub has stepped down due to personal obligations, on behalf of the Conservation Commission Ms. Shub was thanked for volunteering and participating on the Conservation Commission. Chairman Cohen — Taking agenda items out of order, as Mr. Fitzpatrick has to leave early. Town of Canton 100 Dedham St. IRFD Canton Little League LDP -233-16 Proposed construction of a 30' X 60' concession stand with restrooms. (Chairman Cohen recused himself and left the building.) Agent O'Connell — Recommended Positive Determination and Land Disturbance Permit, proposed project exceeds 5,000 square feet of disturbance. Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to issue a Positive Determination for 100 Dedham Street. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 4-0-1 J. Cohen 1
