Present: Robert E. Burr, Jr., Chairman, Mark J. Porter, Vice-Chairman, Kevin T. Feeney, Clerk, John J.
Connolly, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary.
Motion was made to open Executive Session at 7:45 p.m.
The Board was briefed on the matter. This matter is before the Board in connection with Land
Court approval of a subdivision of registered land apparently owned by Lamarr Nedder
Development, LLC ("LLC"), Pecunit Street, Canton.
The matter is in land court due to a shared boundary between the property owner and the
Town of Canton. Town Counsel has developed an agreement with the property owner, that if
the Board finds acceptable, it is being asked that the Board authorize Town Counsel to execute
on behalf of the Town.
Motion was made to authorize Deutsch Williams to execute the agreement between the Town
of Canton and Lamarr Nedder Development, LLC.
Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Porter Vote: 4-0
Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 p.m.
