Minutes Executive Session Board of Selectmen December 15, 2015 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: John J. Connolly, Chairman, Robert E. Burr Jr., Vice-Chairman, Kevin T. Feeney, Clerk, Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, Mark J. Porter, Member, Jennifer Kemalian, Administrative Secretary. Meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. Jody Middleton, Human Resources Director, was also present and part of the discussion. There was a discussion concerning the appointment of Kimberly Newman as the Town Administrator and what terms and conditions of employment should be offered to her for a contract. Ms. Middleton provided the Board with information on what Ms. Newman had requested for salary and benefits. They were also provided information on area Town Administrators comparable salary range based on experience. The Board made a determination on its offer. Motion was made to approve the contingent offer for Ms. Newman as Town Administrator and to instruct Ms. Middleton to reach out to Town Counsel to draft the offer in contract of employment form to be presented to Ms. Newman. Motion: Mr. Feeney Second: Mr. Burr Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:15 p.m. Respectfully Submitted, Kevin T. Feeney, Clerk
