Minutes Board of Selectmen Executive Session May 31, 2011 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: John J. Connolly, Chairman, Avril Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Clerk, Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Andrews, Administrative Secretary. AEA and Town of Canton Memorandum of Agreement Mr. Friel presented the final Memorandum of Agreement between Town of Canton and AEA for signature. The BOS had already voted on the list of items included in this memorandum at a previous meeting. Motion was made to execute the final Memorandum of Agreement between the Town of Canton and AEA. (see attached) Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 5-0 Personal Contracts Mr. Friel presented Personal Contracts for signature. Only the contracts had been voted by Board of Selectmen at a previous meeting. Motion was made to affirm the previously taken vote and to execute the contracts between the Town of Canton and the Town Engineer, the Assistant Town Engineer, the Finance Director, the Library Director and the Superintendent of Public Works as recommended.
