Board of Selectmen 
Executive Session 
June 21, 2011 
Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room 
Present: John J. Connolly, Chairman, Avril Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Gerald A. Salvatori, 
Jr., Clerk, Robert E. Burr, Jr., Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer 
Andrews, Administrative Secretary. 
Meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m. 
Individual Contracts 
Mr. Friel presented the finalized and executed individual contracts for FY12-FY14 for 
the Police Chief, Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, and Town Accountant. He noted that the 
content in these contracts had already been positively voted on by the Board of 
Selectmen. 
Motion was made to reaffirm and execute the individual contracts for FY12- FY14 for 
the Police Chief, Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief and the Town Accountant. 
Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 4-0
