Minutes Board of Selectmen Executive Session September 18, 2012 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Robert E. Burr Jr. Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman, Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr., Clerk, Victor D. Del Vecchio, Member, John J. Connolly, Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Andrews, Administrative Secretary. Also present were Peter Curran, Highway Department Maintenance Foreman, Frank Grecco, AFSCME Representative, Steve McCarrick, AFSCME Chapter Chairman, Josh Coleman, Labor Counsel, Dan Teague, Operations Manager, Jody Middleton, Human Resource Administrator. Meeting was called to order at 8:35 p.m.

Respectf' lyj, itte vatori, Jr., Clerk There was a brief discussion concerning the Fire Chief FY13- FY15 Personal Contract. Mr. Friel noted that it was being favorably recommended and one that the BOS had previously received and tentatively approved. Motion was made to approve the FY13-FY15 Personal Contract for Fire Chief Charles Doody. Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 5-0 AEA Memorandum of Understanding for FY13-FY15 Motion was made to approve and execute the revised Memorandum of Understanding for FY13-FY15 for the AEA Contract (with the deletion of the eyeglasses replacement clause). Motion: Mr. Salvatori Second: Ms. Elkort Vote: 5-0 Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 p.m.
