Johfon Ily, Clerk Minutes Executive Session Board of Selectmen January 13, 2015 Memorial Hall - Salah Meeting Room Present: Present: Victor D. Del Vecchio, Chairman, Avril T. Elkort, Vice-Chairman, John J. Connolly, Clerk Gerald A. Salvatori, Jr. , Robert E. Burr, Jr., Member, William T. Friel, Town Administrator, Jennifer Bright, Administrative Secretary. Also present was Jody Middleton, Human Resources Administrator. Meeting was called to order at 8:45 p.m. There was a discussion concerning the Town Administrator's contract extension. Mr. Friel presented the extension to the contract to the Board. It was noted that the contract would be expiring on January 31, 2016. The Board took the matter under advisement. There was a discussion between the Board and the Human Resources Administrator regarding the recruitment of a new Town Administrator. The manner of the search and the timing of the search were both discussed. Ms. Middleton asked that Board to consider the job description of the Town Administrator and to provide her with any comments or additions that they felt would be appropriate. Motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 9:30 p.m. Respectfully Submitted,
