Panico Also Present: Dave Sanderson, Professional Services Corporation Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Laura Smead, Town Planner Chairman Jeremy J. Comeau called to order the Planning Board meeting of September 21, 2016, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda — WASHINGTON COMMONS - (Tot Lot Discussion/Bond Release) (Stephen David) Mr. Comeau stated that since Mr. David and/or any interested parties to this Item are not present tonight, we will continue this hearing until October 5, 2016. Next Item on the Agenda —847 WASHINGTON STREET — Michael Donovan, Trustee — (Information discussion regarding minor modification of original Site Plan) (Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design) Mr. Brodmerkle explained that they just received the Responses from PSC and have not had time to review them and would like to continue this hearing until the first meeting in November, 2016. Next Item on the Agenda —MCKENDRY GROVE — Definitive Subdivision Plan (Greenlodge Street, LLC)(Paul Brodmerkle, Site Design) Mr. Brodmerkle explained that this hearing is a continuation and they have proposed three (3) lots with a detention basin on a lot in the rear. There are two (2) outstanding issues with are: (1) they need to have a Scenic Way Application; and (2) there are eight (8) waivers to be voted on.
