Minutes of the Canton Board of Health Meeting of June 1, 2015. 
PRESENT: Mr. Robert P. Schneiders, Vice Chairperson 
Dr. Richard N. Levrault, Clerk 
ALSO 
PRESENT: Mr. John L. Ciccotelli, Health Director 
ABSENT: Dr. Julie Goodman, Chairperson 
Ms. Karen D. Murphy, Recording Secretary 
Mr. Schneiders opened the Meeting at 7:08 p.m. in the Salah Meeting Room, Memorial Hall, 801 
Washington Street, Canton, Massachusetts. 
PERMITS 
Disposal Works Construction Permit — 6 Ledgewood Dr.: Upon a motion from Dr. Levrault, seconded 
by Mr. Schneiders, the Board voted to approve a local upgrade approval with a 3' separation from ground 
water at 6 Ledgewood Drive. VOTED: 2 — 0. 
Septic System — 8 Carver Circle: Upon a motion from Dr. Levrault, seconded by Mr. Schneiders, the 
Board voted to approve a change in the design flow to 207 gallons, appropriate for the site, at 8 Carver 
Circle. Allowing for up to a maximum of 13 employees within the building per Title 5 regulations. 
VOTED: 2 — 0. 
DISCUSSION 
Annual Summer Fun &Safety Fair: Mr. Ciccotelli reported that the sixth Annual Summer Fun & Safety 
Fair held on Friday, May 29 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at Pequitside Farm was the most successful one so far. 
People arrived early and stayed late. 
Smoking Survey: Mr. Ciccotelli announced that the results of the youth smoking survey have arrived. 
The Board requested that discussion on the topic be postponed until Dr. Goodman is present. Dr. Levrault 
provided an article about health issues related to the flavorings used in vapor cigarettes. 
ADMINISTRATION 
Regular Session Minutes — May 4, 2015: Continued until Dr. Goodman is in attendance. 
BOARD REORGANIZATION 
The reorganization of the Board was tabled until the next meeting when Dr. Goodman is in attendance.

to approve the bills and vouchers as presented. VOTED: 2 — 0.
