TOWN OF CANTON CANTON, MASSACHUSETTS Minutes of the Canton Board of Health Meeting on January 4, 2016. PRESENT: Mr. Robert P. Schneiders, Chairperson Dr. Richard N. Levrault, Vice Chairperson Dr. Julie Goodman, Clerk ALSO PRESENT: Mr. John L. Ciccotelli, Health Director Ms. Karen D. Murphy, Recording Secretary Mr. Schneiders opened the Meeting at 7:06 p.m. in the Salah Meeting Room, Memorial Hall, 801 Washington Street, Canton, Massachusetts. ANNUAL BUDGET FY 2017 Budget: Mr. Ciccotelli announced that the budget for FY2017 has been submitted with level funding with the exception of a town -wide 2% salary increase. Upon a motion by Dr. Levrault, seconded by Mr. Schneiders, the Board moved to accept the budget as presented. VOTED: 3 — 0. PERMITS/LICENCES The News Stand - 719 Washington Street: Upon a motion from Dr. Levrault, seconded by Dr. Goodman, the Board voted to approve a food service permit at The News Stand at 719Washington Street due to a change of ownership pending final inspection. VOTED: 3 — 0. The News Stand - 719 Washington Street: Upon a motion from Dr. Levrault, seconded by Dr. Goodman, the Board voted to approve a tobacco sales permit The News Stand at 719Washington Street due to a change of ownership. VOTED: 3 — 0. DISPOSAL WORKS INSTALLERS Disposal Works Installer — Jeffrey Shaw: Upon a motion by Dr. Levrault, seconded by Dr. Goodman, the Board voted to approve a disposal works installer permit to Jeffrey Shaw d.b.a. J.M. Shaw Construction Corporation of West Bridgewater. VOTED: 3 — 0. Disposal Works Installer — Richard Bodio: Upon a motion by Dr. Levrault, seconded by Dr. Goodman, the Board voted to approve a disposal works installer permit to Richard Bodio d.b.a. Bodio Builders, Inc., of North Easton. VOTED: 3 — 0.

Canton Board of Health January 4, 2016 Page 2 of 2 ADMINISTRATION Regular Session Minutes — October 5, 2015: The minutes for October 5, 2015 were tabled last month because there remain some corrections that need to be made by Board Member, Julie Goodman. The Board tabled this discussion until February meeting for the new approval. Regular Session Minutes — December 7, 2015: Tabled until February meeting. BILLS AND VOUCHERS Bills and Vouchers: No bills or vouchers to approve at this time. ADDITIONAL ITEMS Next Meeting: The next meeting will be on February 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. INFORMATION Adjournment: Upon a motion by Dr. Levrault, seconded by Dr. Goodman, the Board voted to approve adjourning the meeting at 7:16 p.m. VOTED: 3— 0.
