Attendance: Debra Sundin — Chairman, Donald MacAdam —Vice Chairman, James Fitzpatrick -Clerk, Gerald Carmichael, Joshua Cohen, Robert MacDonald Absent: Janna Shub - Treasurer Conservation Agent: Cynthia O'Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Chairman Sundin called hearing to order at 7:01 P.M. PUBLIC HEARINGS Kevin Pratt 19-B Indian Lane RDA -33-16 For the removal of several dead trees on a parcel within the 100' Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. (Map 101, Lot 42) Kevin Pratt, homeowner and applicant presented the following: • Requesting the removal of seven trees in four locations. • Concerned that a couple of the trees may hit the house during a storm. Agent O'Connell — Recommended issuing a Negative Determination with Special Conditions. ConCom — Requesting Mr. Pratt grind the tree stumps. Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to close the hearing for RDA -33-16,1913 Indian Lane. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 6-0 Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to issue a Negative Determination with Special Conditions for RDA -33-16, 19B Indian Lane.
