Attendance: Debra Sundin — Chairman, Donald MacAdam —Vice Chairman, James Fitzpatrick Clerk, Gerald Carmichael, Joshua Cohen (arrived at 7:40) Absent: Janna Shub — Treasurer, Robert MacDonald, Cynthia O'Connell — Conservation Agent Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Chairman called hearing to order at 7:21 P.M. Pequitside Farm Master Plan Update Presentation by Laura Campbell, the Pequitside Farm Master Plan. Laura Campbell of Boston Architectural Center student designed and presented an Exiting Conditions and Proposed Pequitside Master Plan including the following: • Reconfiguration of parking access/exiting. • Time/Activity Study • Circulation/Activity Study • Circulation Spine Circulation Study 1 • Vehicle Free Circulation Study 2 • Recreation Commons Circulation Study 3. Chairman Sundin explained to Conservation, ATM 16 approved funding for parking/circulation plans. Conservation Commission will prepare a Request For Proposal for an engineering consultant to prepare plans for Parking/Circulation Plan. Ms. Campbell's PowerPoint presentation is available on the Town of Canton website and Conservation Commission link. PUBLIC HEARINGS Keolis Commuter Services Right-of-Way RDA-26-16 Wetland Delineation along Keolis's Right-Of Way wetland delineation confirmation, Vegetation Management Plan and Yearly Operational Plan within the boundaries of the Town of Canton. 1
