Kristen Phelps CCPC Update Ms. Phelps wasn't available to present CCPC update. PUBLIC HEARINGS Renee Roberts 7 Shore Drive 124-1164 Notice of Intent for the construction of two additions to an existing single-family dwelling, including the installation of a stormwater management system within 100' of Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the Bank of Reservoir Pond. (Map 61, Lot 36) Paul Brodmerkle of Site Design Professionals presented the following: • Proposed construction of second story addition and storage room addition within 100 year Flood Plain and 100' Foot Buffer Zone of Top of Bank of Reservoir Pond. • Proposed construction of entry portico, front walkway and two-story deck. • Installation of two Cultec Contractor 100's stormwater management chambers. • Installation of straw hay bales or straw wattles with silt fencing as erosion control barriers. • Erosion control must be inspected and approved by the Conservation Agent prior to the start of construction. • Small corridor along North East side of lot will be brought to a natural state, existing fence to be removed and shrubs to be planted.
