PUBLIC HEARINGS Robert J. Donahue 36 Sutcliffe Ave. RDA-15-15 Request for Determination of Applicability for construction of 24' x 26' two car garage to an existing dwelling, parcel is within 200' Riverfront Area and 100' Buffer Zone of Ponkapoag Brook. (Map 65 Lot 42) Robert J Donahue, homeowner, presented the following: • Submitted a plot plan for construction of a two-car garage connected to the existing dwelling. • Existing dwelling and lot is within the 100' Buffer Zone and 200' Riverfront area of Ponkapoag Brook to work and to inspect existing alterations to the Buffer Zone. Agent O'Connell- Recommended Wetlands be delineated to confirm Buffer Zone and Riverfront Area. Agent O'Connell will schedule a site visit during the week of November 9, 2015 to see the proximity of Ponkapoag Brook, Wetland Resource Area and Buffer Zone. ConCom- Requested hearing be continued and recommended that applicant submit an existing conditions plan and a proposed plan of proposed two-car garage, 1
