PUBLIC HEARINGS Roger Remy 200 Messinger St. RDA-14-15 Request for Determination of Applicability for construction of 20' x 16' addition and 18' x 16' deck to an existing dwelling within the 100' Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. (Map 24 Lot 94) Roger Remy, homeowner, presented the following: • Proposed construction of a 24' x 16' addition with an attached 18' x 16' deck including a full foundation. • Existing parcel is in the 100' Buffer Zone of a wetland Resource Area, proposed construction outside the 100' Buffer Zone. • Erosion control to be installed and approved by Agent O'Connell prior to the start of work. Agent O'Connell read Special Conditions into record: Motion Made by Debra Sundin vote to close meeting RDA-14-15, 200 Messinger Street. Seconded by Donald MacAdam Vote: 5-0 Motion Made by Debra Sundin vote to issue Negative Determination of Applicability RDA-14-15 with Special Conditions for 200 Messinger Street.
