Chairman Landry explained to ConCom and the public that he's relocating to Portland, Maine, and is resigning as Conservation Chairman at the end of tonight's hearing. PUBLIC HEARINGS Toll MA Land 5 Saw Mill Pond Rd. SW-134-15 Limited Partnership Storm Water Notice of Intent for the construction of a single family home, grading, utilities and installation of a stormwater management system. (Map 90, Lot 25) Stevie Carvalho of Thompson Farland presented the following: • Proposed construction of a 5 bedroom single-family home, 29,991 square foot lot abutting Open Space Parcel "E" located the at rear of property in accordance with plan dated November 18, 2015. • Proposed installation of two Cultec Recharger V8HD roof recharge stormwater management systems to collect roof runoff. • Staked straw wattle erosion control barriers are to be installed, inspected and approved by Agent O'Connell prior to the start of construction. Agent O'Connell Recommended Con Corn issue a Stormwater Pen lit with Special Conditions and Operation and Maintenance Plan.
