Comeau Also Present: Timothy Richard, Town Planner Karen Lawlor, Planning Board Administrative Assistant Chairman Chris Connolly called to order the Planning Board meeting of March 2, 20i6 at 7:00 p.m. First Item on the Agenda —943 WASHINGTON STREET (The Ledges) — (ANR Plan) — Pat Considine, Developer. Tim Richard explained that he reviewed the two (2) plans and they show four (4) buildable lots which is an Approved Definitive Subdivision Plan. The new plan disassembles the subdivision and creates one (1) buildable lot consisting of three (3) lots (with two (2) unbuildable). The purpose of this is to satisfy the Build Factor. Mr. Considine explained that both Plans need to be signed. The 2„d Plan creates one (1) buildable lot and disassembles the subdivision. A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to Approve the ANR entitled "Plan of Land The Ledges 943 Washington Street Canton, MA for Patrick Considine prepared by Civil Environmental Consultants LLC 8 Oak Street Peabody, MA o196o and dated 2/16/2016." Motion Approved 3 -0. A motion was made by Mr. Comeau and seconded by Mr. Mitcheroney to Approve the ANR entitled "Plan of Land Lot Consolidation The Ledges 943 Washington Street Canton, MA for Patrick Considine prepared by Civil Environmental Consultants LLC 8 Oak Street Peabody, MA 0196o and dated 2/29/2016." Motion Approved 3 -0.
