Chairman Pando opened the meeting at 7:01 pm and reads the agenda. 
Shelter Development / Bright View Senior Living —109 Turnpike Street (GR GV, AM) 
Carlton Quinn of Allen & Major Associates states in November 2014 they requested a 
temporary sales trailer at 109 Turnpike Street which abuts 125 Turnpike Street to be used 
starting on February 1, 2015. Mr. Quinn states he is requesting to extend another year in 
hopes of obtaining occupancy in July 2016 and removing the trailer within 30 -45 days to 
restore the property back to original state. 
Chairman Pando states a year isn't unreasonable since there could be delays in obtaining 
the certificate of occupancy. Mr. Vinciguerra and Mr. McCourt concur. 
Mr. Vinciguerra makes a motion to Shelter Development / Bright View Senior Living to 
grant an extension of a temporary Special Permit for a marketing sales trailer to be on site 
at 109 Turnpike Street until January 28, 2017. Mr. McCourt seconds. Vote 3 -0 approve 
Lee Gilliam —1 Canonchet Street — 39- 15- ENCB- SP -V(c�, cv, .nzm> 
Chairman Pando states Mr. Lee Gilliam has sent an email requesting to withdraw his 
petition without prejudice due to not being able to fulfill the requirements at this time. 
Mr. Vinciguerra makes a motion to Lee Gilliam of 1 Canonchet Street (39-15- ENCB -SP- 
V) to withdraw his petition without prejudice. Mr. McCourt seconds. Vote 3 -0 approve 
Colbea Enterprises, LLC — 725 Washington Street — 2- 16- ENCU/B- SPA -SP -V ccP, cv, 
JRM) 
Attorney Schneiders has requested to continue the matter to February 25, 2016 since he 
will not be finished with the Planning Board. 
Mr. Vinciguerra makes a motion to continue Colbea Enterprises, LLC at 725 Washington 
Street to February 25, 2016 with a Decision due March 14, 2016. Mr. McCourt seconds.
