PUBLIC HEARINGS Toll Bros. 25 Balancing Rock Rd. 124-1149 Construction of a single-family dwelling including grading, utilities and installation of a stormwater management system within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. (Map 91, Lot 27) Presented by Stevie Carvalho, Thompson Farland also present Britton Bradford of Toll Bros. Following was presented: • Proposed house was moved forward as much as possible without interfering with proposed septic system or master grading plan. • Erosion control sediment control barriers to be installed inspected and approved by Agent O'Connell prior to the start of construction. • Erosion control seed mix on 3 to 1 slope as requested by ConCom at last meeting. Motion Made by Debra Sundin vote to close hearing for 25 Balancing Rock Road, 124-1149. Seconded by Robert MacDonald Vote: 6-0 Motion Made by Debra Sundin vote to approve Order of Conditions with Special Conditions for 25 Balancing Rock Road, 124-1149.
