RESCHEDULED TO JUNE 3, 2015 REVISED Attendance: Deb Sundin — Chairman (arrived at 7:30 p.m.), Robert McDonald — Vice Chairman, James Fitzpatrick — Clerk, Steve Landry — Treasurer, Donald MacAdam, Janna Shubb (new ConCom member) Absent; Gerald Carmichael Conservation Agent: Cynthia O'Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Hearing called to order by Vice Chairman MacDonald at 7:02 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS Supreme Development 186 & 192 Dedham St. (aka 60 Hudson Rd.) 124-TBD Construction of a 5 lot sub-division including grading, utilities and installation of a stoi iii water management system within the 100 foot buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Presented by Matthew Smith of Norwood Engineering, Notice of Intent with Plans on file with the Conservation Commission. Following was presented: • Plan described three residential lot subdivision and three lots for drainage. • Project located off Dedham Street and opposite of the Devonshire Drive with frontage off Hudson Road. Hudson Road is not accessible to proposed subdivision. • Residential Portion of the subdivision is within Single Residence "A" District and Hudson Road within a Limited Industrial District. • Proposed subdivision is within the 100' Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Fowl Meadow and ACEC. • Planning Board is still reviewing proposed plans.
