Chairman Landry called hearing to order at 7:00 P.M. 
PUBLIC HEARINGS 
Joshua Siegal 4 Brooksweld Rd. RDA-5-15 
Installation of 8'x12' shed within 100' Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated 
Wetland. 
Presented by home owner Joshua Siegal., Mr. Siegal submitted pictures showing wetlands at rear 
of property. Con Corn requested that the applicant plant 42'sq.feet of native plant material along 
the border of lawn and wetlands for mitigation reasons. Mr. Siegal will contact Agent O'Connell 
for list of native plants. 
Motion Made by Robert MacDonald vote to approve RDA-5-15, 4 Brooks weld Rd., with 
special condition that 42' square feet of native plant material be planted at the border of 
lawn and wetlands.
