MINUTES 1 Attendance: Robert MacDonald – Interim Vice Chairman, Steve Landry – Treasurer, James Fitzpatrick – Clerk, Ed Jastrem, Gerald Carmichael Absent: Debra Sundin - Chairman Conservation Agent: Cynthia O’Connell Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Hearing called to order at 7:05 P.M. by interim Vice Chairman Robert MacDonald. Vice Chairman MacDonald explained to the audience that there are thirteen public hearings, requesting abutters/applicants/engineers wait outside until their hearing is called. PUBLIC HEARINGS Glenn Smith 296 York Street ANRAD 124-1126 Wetland Delineation plan and wetland report on file at the Conservation Commission. Conservation Agent explained to audience proposed is plan is confirm wetland boundary, applicant is not proposing construction or subdivision. Notice of intent is required for any proposed construction or work in the wetland area. Plan Title: 296 York Street, Canton, Ma. 02021 Resource Areas Delineation Plan. Plan date: July 23, 2014 Prepared by: Tunison Dias, Inc. Stamped By: Eric Dias, P.E. Scale: 1” = 30’ Presented by Garrett Tunison, wetland delineation plan identifies boundaries of existing wetland resources, buffer zones, various plants, intermittent stream and buffer zone and Wetland boundary has been flagged and Conservation Agent confirmed flagged wetland boundary.
