Presented by Gary Vinciguerra, GEV Design, Inc. plans prepared by Jeffrey Hassett, Morse Engineering. Plans show proposed reduction of existing deck, construction of third floor addition construction of front portico and construction/installation of two 2’ foot by 6’foot retaining walls for a front yard terrace. Zoning Board of Appeals approved construction of third floor addition and front portico. Agent O’Connell - proposed construction is not increasing or negatively impacting the 100’ feet Buffer Zone, recommended ConCom issue a negative determination with special conditions. Motion Made by Steve Landry vote to issue Determination of Applicability with special conditions for 69 Pleasant Circle, Canton, Ma. 02021 plan reference “Site plans for 69 Pleasant Circle, Canton, Ma.” revision date 11/08/2014 prepared by Jeff Hassett, Morse Engineering. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 5-0 Suzanne Passeri 69 Pleasant Circle COC 124-1034 Applicant issued Order of Conditions November 19, 2008 to replace existing retaining wall. Agent O’Connell recommends ConCom issue Certificate of Compliance for replacement of existing retaining wall approved for 69 Pleasant Circle, Canton, Ma. 02021. Motion Made by Steve Landry vote to issue Certificate of Compliance for 69 Pleasant Circle, Canton, Ma. 124-1034. Seconded by Gerald Carmichael Vote: 5-0
