Seconded by Ed Jastrem Vote: 5-0 June 19, 2013: Motion Made by Steve Landry to accept the minutes of June 19, 2013 as amended. Seconded by Ed Jastrem Vote: 4-0-1 (Deb Sundin) PUBLIC HEARINGS DCR/ Brookwood Farm 11 Blue Hill River Rd. RDA Petition for Notice of Intent and Request for Determination of Applicability from Mass. Dept. Conservation & Recreation, 251 Causeway St., Boston, Ma. 02114 - For property located at 11 Blue Hill River Road, Canton, Ma. 02021 for construction of 1,500 S.F. wood frame, slab on grade addition to an existing barn, removal of 570 SF of existing bituminous paved drive and installation of approximately, 475 SF of new bituminous paved drive within a Federal isolated wetland and 100’ Buffer of Vegetated Wetland.
