Deb announced Bruce Rohr has resigned from ConCom and expressed thanks for his hard work with Community Preservation Act, Pequitside Sub-Committee and ConCom. Minutes of February 20, 2013 – Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to accept minutes as amended. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 6-0 PUBLIC HEARING Jay Bullens/Able Roofing Inc. 100 Cedarcrest SW-069 Legal Ad read into record, plans submitted with Notice of Intent. Jay Bullens/ Able Roofing, Inc., and Arthur Borden, Borden Associates, LLC. request to withdraw without prejudice – proposed work is within 100 foot buffer zone and property needs to be wetland delineated. Applicant will need to re-file for notice of intent with DEP. Motion Made by Robert MacDonald affirm request for withdrawal without prejudice of Storm Water permit 069 for 100 Cedarcrest Road. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 6 – 0 Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to withdraw without prejudice for Land Disturbance Permit 0129, 100 Cedarcrest Road. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 6 – 0
