Seconded by Bruce Rohr Vote: 6-0 Minutes of January 16, 2013 – Motion made by Tom Liddy to accept minutes of January 16, 2013 as amended. Seconded by Bruce Rohr Vote: 6 – 0 NO PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUATIONS Ghazwan Ghazi 15 Raven Road 124- 1095 (see attached memo from Brooke Monroe) Presented by Seth Dufort, Outback Engineering submitted request for temporary variance to work in 30’ No Build Zone for construction of 10’x12’ shed and to work in 100’ Buffer Zone for construction of 66’x 35’ addition. After deliberation with ConCom and abutter, Ton Gillian the board requested the following: • ConCom offered three (3) solutions regarding 12’ x 20’ shed, to be moved out of 30’ No Build Zone, replicate 240 square feet at rear of house, or pay a fine issued by ConCom. • Add soil types, test pit location, drainage calculations, bedrock, and water table. • Size of proposed pool. • Explanation of how leaching chambers work and is proposed location sufficient.\ • Recommends getting information regarding Spring Brook, is brook intermittent or perennial information on USGS website under stream stats. Motion Made by Tom Liddy to continue hearing for 15 Raven Road to Wednesday February 20, 2013. Seconded by Bruce Rohr Vote: 6-0
