Presented by Kristine Meaney, Site Design Professionals. Two plans were 
submitted first plan submitted dated 5/16/12, Second plan submitted June 6, 2012 
meeting — Kristine Meaney requesting 7day waiver for second plan (5/16/12A) 
Motion Made by Robert MacDonald approve seven day waiver for plan 
dated 5/16/12A.

Plan Title: Stormwater Management Plan, 8 Albert Road in Canton, Ma. 02021 
Plan dated: 5/16/12A Stamped by: Paul Brodmerkle, P.E. Scale: 1"=20' 
Plans submitted show the following: 
• Proposed home in a single residence AA district. 
• Proposed driveway with pervious bituminous concrete driveway. 
• 10 Cultec for roof re-charge, 5 Cultec units used for roof re-charge connected to 
front down spouts via underground 4" drain pipe located in front of property. 5 
Cultec units for rear roof re-charge connected to rear down spouts via 
underground 4" drain pipe. 
• Hay Bales and silt fence to be installed, after installation Conservation Office will 
be contacted for inspection. 
Existing septic tank on site, will not be relocated.
