Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 4-0-1 (B. Rohr abstained). NO PUBLIC HEARINGS CONTINUATIONS Lopilato Construction 8 Albert Road SW-061 Presented by Kristine Meaney, Site Design Professionals. Site Design submitted a revised plan: Plan Title: Stormwater Management Plan, 8 Albert Road, Canton, Ma. 02021 Plan Dated: June 12/ 2012 Scale: 1"=20' Stamped By: Paul Brodmerkle, P.E. The following revisions were made: • Proposed dwelling in a single residence "AA", 45,000 square feet. • Hay bales and silt fence to be installed. • (10) Cultec Chambers to be installed for roof re-charge. • Driveway change (removed half-circular driveway) • House flipped, driveway leads to garage verse original plan with half-circular driveway. • Proposed 1500-gallon septic tank at rear of dwelling. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy has recommended a swale or pervious driveway be installed. Otherwise, ConCom Agent is satisfied with revised Stormwater Notice of Intent Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to close hearing for Storm Water SW-061, 8 Albert Rd.
