Minutes of April 18, 2012: Motion Made by Robert MacDonald accept minutes of April 18, 2012 as written. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 5-0 PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:10 P.M Columbia Gas/Josh Bows Washington/Walnut St. RDA & 124-1087C Presented by Josh Bows, Merrill Associates NOI, RDA and plans submitted to Conservation. Entire detailed NOI and Request for Determination of Applicability on file at Conservation Commission office. Plan Titled "Wetland Delineation Overlay Plan", done by Google Earth photographs. Plans and NOI submitted explained the following: • Existing gas line must be replaced before Washington Street is re-paved; Washington Street scheduled to be re-paved during summer of 2012. • Removal of existing steel gas line is reaching end of useful life.
