Presented by Brendan Sullivan of Cavanaro Consulting, plans submitted to ConCom and
on file at Conservation office.

Plan Title: Existing Conditions (pg.1), Site Plan (pg.2), Plan details (pg.3)
Proposed Improvements, 225 Dan Road, Canton, Ma. 02021
Plan Dated: September 20, 2011 Plan Scale: 1” = 20’
Stamped by: Brendan Sullivan, P.E.

Mr. Sullivan explained to ConCom applicant Sika Sarnafil is requesting approval to extended
existing parking including upgrading existing Storm Water and drainage system.
Existing conditions are:
• 104,000 square foot industrial building with parking lot and loading docks.
• Existing drainage and run-off system is directed toward existing drainage system with
catch basins, sumps and man holes.
• Existing parking lot very constrictive, and trucks have access issues which queue into
Dan Road.

Proposed Plan:
• Installing hay bales and silt fence
• Eliminate existing (2) rows of parking.
• Providing room for truck to queue.
