Public Hearing Meeting Minutes May 6, 2009 Present: Chairman Robert Doe, Clerk James Fitzpatrick, Robert MacDonald, Kate Merrigan, Tom Liddy Absent: Vice Chairman Deb Sundin, Dave McLelland Conservation Agent: Robert Murphy Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Chairman Robert Doe called meeting to order at 7: 03 P.M. Approval of Minutes for April 15, 2009: Approval of meeting minutes continued until May 20, 2009 didn't have a quorum. PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:10 P.M. Town Of Canton/DPW 900 Washington Street 124- Represented by Brian Ruof, SEA Consultants Inc plans submitted to ConCom. Second phase of water main upgrade for Canton High School senior parking lot and Memorial field area. Project consists of: • Installation of 8" main • Removal and replacement of existing 6" main • Wetland areas flagged • Hay-bales and silt fence to be installed • Any disturbed areas will be restored to pre-construction conditions Conservation Agent Robert Murphy requesting maintenance plan.
