Public Hearing Meeting Minutes May 20, 2009 Present: Chairman Robert Doe, Vice-Chairman Deb Sundin, Clerk James Fitzpatrick, Robert MacDonald, Kate Merrigan (arrived @ 7:25 P.M.), Dave McLelland, Absent: Tom Liddy Conservation Agent: Robert Murphy Recording Secretary: Heather Cahill Chairman Robert Doe called meeting to order at 7:03 P.M. Approval of Minutes for April 15, 2009: Motion made by Robert MacDonald to accept minutes as amended. Seconded by Deb Sundin Vote: Yes —4 No —0 Minutes of May 6, 09 to approved at June 3, 09 meeting. PUBLIC HEARINGS 7:10 P.M. (storm water permits and land disturbance were issued, not on agenda) Timothy Bobola Tracyvvood Road Lot 1 124-1040C Represented by Karen Beck of Commonwealth Engineers, plans submitted to ConCom. Ms. Beck addressing issues of biological wetland on lot, and applicability. Commonwealth Engineering has addressed issues and concerns with Conservation and Town of Canton regarding applicability and is requesting approval. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy received letter from town engineer approving drainage for storm water for lots one through eight. Mr. Murphy recommends to ConCom $1500.00 be submitted and deposited in an interest bearing escrow account to hire an independent consultant and review wetland line. 1 5/20/09 hc
