Timothy Bobola 12 Tracywood Rd, Lot 2 AMOOC 124-1039 Timothy Bobola 16 Tracywood Rd, Lot 4 AMOOC 124-1042 Represented by Timothy Bobola, plans submitted to ConCom. Applicant is proposing to change the retaining wall size due to safety and grading reasons. Retaining wall to be 4' in height, proposed grading to be flatter and evened out with less sloping and approved deck to be changed to 30' x 14'. Homeowners requesting retaining wall height to be increased for the safety and protection of children.
