Minutes of June 4, 2008: Motion Made by Robert MacDonald to accept minutes of June 4, 2008. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: 7 No —0 7:10 P.M. Shields Packaging 21 University Ave DEP 124 — Petition for Notice of Intent from Shields Packaging Co., 21 University Road, Canton, Ma.02021 For the installation of one permanent monitoring well and advancing multiple non-permanent injection points within the BVW and River Front area of the Neponset River all at 21 University Road. Represented by Ed Hutchinson and William Phelps of Tetra Tech Rizzo, plans submitted to ConCom. Ed explained to ConCom the following: • Ongoing clean up of site • one permanent ground water monitoring well to be installed • Up to (20) twenty non permanent injection points to be installed • Wetland Resources • Project Impacts • Mitigation Measures • Stormwater management, stormwater quality analysis to identify practical means of maintaining acceptable level of water quality. • Stormwater Report Checklist Conservation A gent Robert Murphy questioned length of project, Mr. Hutchinson response project length indefinite.
