Minutes: October 1, 2008 Motion Made by Deb Sundin to accept minutes of October 1, 2008 as amended. Seconded by Tom Liddy Vote: Yes —4, No -0, Abstention — KM, DM 7:10 P.M Mary Ellen Gleason 50 Farm Street SW-004 Petition for Notice of Intent of a Storm Water Permit, according to Town of Canton Storm Water By- Law Article 21, from Mary Ellen Gleason of 353 Bolivar Street, Canton, Ma. For property at 50 Farm Street, Canton, Ma. 02021 for proposed construction of a single family home including driveway, utilities, and grade ) site work with in the 100 foot buffer zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. Represented by William Hallison, Land Planning, plan submitted. • Single Family Home • No Wetlands • Rain Garden • Hay-bales, silt fence • House may need to be moved back 30' back, rain garden can handle. Conservation Agent Robert Murphy recommended that plans included garage, and rain garden should be made larger for future purposes. Rain garden can be 115' of frontage per Zoning Board of Appeals. Final plan to be submitted before Storm Water Permit can be issued. Motion Made by Deb Sundin to close hearing for Storm Water permit SW-004, 50 Farm Street.
